What shipping carrier do we use ? 

We ship the majority of our products by DHL, but they are also shipped by UPS.


Do you offer expedited shipping ? 

We currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, reach out to our team at info@estosa.com and we can check on additional available shipping options.


When will my order ship ? 

We do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days.


How can I track my order ?

Once your Estosa goods are shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text. If you haven’t received anything from us within a few days of your order, please reach out to us at info@estosa.com.



How are your products produced ?

Our products are handcrafted by Argentinian artisans with generations of practice perfecting their craft.

What if something I want is out of stock ?

When choosing a product that is currently sold out, you’ll notice an Email Me When Available bar pop up on the site. Click that bar to join our waitlist and you’ll be notified as soon as we’re restocked.



What is your refund and exchange policy ?

Your happiness with our product is our priority. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you can start a return here.


How many days do I have to return or exchange an item 

All returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date and be in new, unworn condition.


 How do I start a return or exchange
